Christopher Boyd
Executive Chairman

Chris Boyd is the Executive Chairman of CBRE Malaysia. He is a registered valuer in Malaysia with over 30 years experience in the country and a further 12 years in practice in the UK, Australia and Singapore. His career has included senior positions in two other international property consultancies and for six years he was the Managing Director of a listed development company in Malaysia. His wide experience includes consultancy, project marketing and the sale and acquisition of major investment properties.

Allan Soo
Managing Director

Allan Soo is a member of the Royal institution of Chartered Surveyors. He is responsible for Retail Services, Research and Consultancy and Property Management services. He has been responsible for over 4 million square feet of net retail centre space in 13 malls leased to tenants. He has advised several institutional funds, developers and retailers and is known for his innovative developments such as The Curve and Citta in KL. He is a regular contributor to trade journals and forums.

Paul Khong
Executive Director

Paul Khong has about nearly two decades of post-graduate experience. He currently heads the Corporate Valuation Division and the Office and Corporate Investment Sections in CBRE Malaysia. He also practices as an Auctioneer in the State of Selangor and Wilayah Persekutuan.

Wee Soon Chit is a Director of CB Richard Ellis (Johor) Sdn Bhd and operates in the southern region. He has two decades of professional experience. Wee provides valuation expertise and invaluable estate agency knowledge plus property market research and studies for the Johor region. He has been involved in valuing all types of properties and in providing advice on several developments and investment acquisitions. With his deep knowledge of Johor, he provides formidable market intelligence and practical transaction advice on all types of asset classes, particularly industrial and commercial real estate.
