In Malaysia, CBRE has expertise in both data centre management and advisory services. Over the past 12 months, we have successfully transitioned a large data centre from new build to fully operational status, and finalised mobilisation for a substantial campus that went live in the first quarter of 2025. We are undergoing rapid growth and are confident that our experience and expertise uniquely position us to capture opportunities in Malaysia’s expanding data centre market.
