Enda Foley serves as the Global Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions business segment, which provides integrated real estate solutions to large occupiers. He has held this position since February 2020. Previously, Enda served as CFO for APAC/EMEA Advisory Services and as CFO for Asia Pacific where he was a member of the Asia Pacific Strategy Group (APSG).
Prior to that, Enda spent approximately two years as Pacific CFO and COO, serving six years in total as Pacific CFO. He was also a member of the CBRE Pacific Executive Committee.
Enda joined with CBRE in 2008 following three years with Virgin Australia. During his time with Virgin Australia, he provided the Finance support for the start-up of the Virgin loyalty program (Velocity) as well as the launch of Virgin’s long-haul international arm.
Before moving to Australia in late 2005, Enda had spent seven years with eircom in Dublin, Ireland, in a variety of different roles, the last of which was in a Senior Finance Manager capacity. Enda qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) in Dublin and also spent 2 years with PWC in Prague.
Enda is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
