Li Hiaw Ho is responsible for managing the company’s Valuation and Asset Services Divisions – which numbers over 30 real estate professionals in the office and over 300 on site. He oversees all the projects for both divisions. This includes new business development and client relations. In his 30 years with the company, Mr Li has established a reputation of being one of the more highly regarded valuer and property manager in the industry.
Professional Experience
In his 31 years at CBRE, Mr Li has successfully led the Valuation team to value the real estate portfolios of major property developers in Singapore and the international real estate portfolios of leading organizations including the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC) and Pramerica Real Estate Investors (Asia) Pte Ltd, the Asian real estate fund management arm of Prudential Insurance Co. of America.
