Laurent has over 20 years of experience in workplace strategy and business transformation consulting, working with clients in the US, Europe and Asia. He contributed to major transformation projects for leading companies within the technology, automotive, banking, professional services and life sciences industries.
Director within the Workplace Strategy practice in Japan since 2013, he leads the WPS Japan business and CBRE teams to define tailor-made workplace strategies for clients, and develop customized approaches to manage the change and transition to new ways of working. Laurent helps his clients achieve challenging business goals – e.g. support headcount growth and talent attraction while optimizing operating costs – through rigorous analysis. He believes in the use of data to drive insights, support business decisions and drive change.
In Asia since 2008, he led the change management of our CBRE Tokyo HQ to one of the first100% ABW offices in the CBRE network, and one of the first at this scale in Japan. Laurent has been quoted in the Japanese media in several influential newspapers and magazines in Japan, e.g. Nikkei Business, American and French Chamber of Commerce magazines.
