Matthew is an Associate Director of Industrial & Logistics Research at CBRE. He focuses primarily on insight generation and market intelligence to help guide real estate strategies, identify risks and validate decision-making for internal stakeholders and clients.
Matthew works closely with the Global Head of I&L Research, helping grow and reinforce CBRE’s thought leadership platform. He is responsible for the production of major reports touching on critical topics to the industry, including e-commerce, technology and automation, development trends, and labor dynamics. He also serves as a CBRE spokesperson on the industrial real estate environment and engages frequently with existing and prospective clients.
Matthew brings more than five years of experience in real estate and market analysis from time spent working at CBRE and JLL. He participated in a 12-month, international-exchange program from mid-2017 to mid-2018 working in the CBRE Dublin office as temporary Research Director. There, he helped run the research platform while serving institutional investors and clients. Within eight months in the Dublin office, he was nominated for People’s Choice Award for Outstanding Individual Contribution to the Business in 2017. He also served as the Research Team Lead in the Chicago Downtown office, managing a group of researchers and analysts while participating in business pursuits, presentations and client requests for proposals.
