Ning-Jia leads the Workplace Strategy team in Malaysia and is responsible for driving the workplace strategy business across the country. Ning-Jia is also a certified Scrum Master and can coach teams to optimise their workplaces to improve productivity and self-manage efficiently.
Ning-Jia has developed and implemented a series of projects that focus on workplace user experience by running a pilot concept space to tests ideas from workplace studies and by developing surveys to measure the workplace user experience. He also has expertise in facilitating numerous design sprint workshops, running workshops on Activity Based Work (ABW) for teams ranging across project management, design and facilities management, and reviewing adjustments to workplace strategy in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Previously a human capital consultant, Ning-Jia helped organisations go through cultural transformation journeys, developed HR operating models, and defined organisation-wide competency models. As an Agile coach, he guided organisations to be more Agile by designing and implementing the future-state organisational blueprint, coaching pilot teams in new ways of working, and scaling corporate innovation across the organisation. He also helped setup shared service centres, optimised business processes, and designed Future of Work roadmaps.
Ning-Jia holds a Masters in Human Resource Management and a Double Degree in Psychology and Finance, and is passionate about Future of Work, Agile and Corporate Culture Transformation.
