Professional Experience
Ning-Jia is the Workplace Strategy Malaysia Lead and responsible for driving the workplace strategy business here in Malaysia. Ning-Jia is also a certified Scrum Master and can coach teams to optimise their workplaces to improve productivity and self-manage efficiently.
Recently, Ning-Jia was responsible for developing and implementing the user experience through a pilot concept space to test ideas gathered from workplace studies, surveys and engagements. He was also facilitating the project management team, design team and the facilities management team in design sprint workshops; ran workshops on Activity Based Work (ABW); and review the adjustments to workplace strategy in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Previously as a human capital consultant, Ning-Jia has helped organisations go through cultural transformation journeys; developed HR operating models; and defined organisation wide competency models. As an Agile coach, he helped organisations to be more Agile by designing and implementing the future-state organisational blueprint; coaching pilot teams in new ways of working; and scaling corporate innovation across the organisation. He has also help setup shared service centers, optimise business processes and design Future of Work roadmaps.
Graduated with Masters in Human Resource Management and a Double Degree in Psychology and Finance, Ning-Jia is passionate about Future of Work, Agile and Corporate Culture Transformation.
