Chris Kirk

As Chief Operating Officer of CBRE’s Advisory Services business segment, Chris Kirk has executive responsibility for all Advisory geographic operations on a global basis. The Advisory business segment, which produced $10 billion of revenue in 2021, is comprised of global business lines, including Advisory & Transaction Services (Occupier and Investor), Property Management, Capital Markets and Valuations. Mr. Kirk is a member of the company’s Executive Committee.

He has previously served in a number of key roles, including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Executive Talent and Administrative Officer, and Global Director of Human Resources.

Mr. Kirk joined CBRE with the acquisition of Trammell Crow Company in 2006. He held several senior management positions at Trammell Crow Company, including Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel, and oversaw asset management, legal/risk, human resources and corporate communications and marketing.

Prior to joining Trammell Crow Company in 2001, Mr. Kirk was a partner in the Dallas office of Vinson & Elkins, where he was a corporate finance, securities and M&A lawyer.
